Coming From Outside Edmonton?
Because service is by appointment only, please contact us before driving into Edmonton. Tell us your Mac model and the problem you are experiencing so we can arrange an appropriate appointment and let you know if you should bring anything else.
If you have a charging problem, please bring the charger. If important data is involved, tell us before any repair or macOS work begins.
If it is not practical for you to come to Edmonton personally, you can use our Canada-wide mail-in repair service for supported Mac computers. Please contact us before shipping your Mac so we can discuss the problem and mail-in procedure.
Free return shipping when repair labour charges are over $250. If the repair labour is $250 or less, or if the repair is declined or the Mac is not repairable, return-shipping charges or a customer-provided return label may apply.
Please do not mail an iMac because of its size, weight and shipping risk.

For most repairs, bring the Mac itself. If the problem involves charging or intermittent power, please also bring the charger so we can test the complete charging system.
If important data is your main concern, tell us before repair or operating-system work begins so data recovery can be considered first.
We specialize in Apple computers: MacBook, MacBook Neo, MacBook Air, MacBook Pro, iMac, iMac Pro, Mac mini, Mac Pro and Mac Studio. We do not service iPhone, iPad or Windows computers.

Yes. Where practical, we diagnose and repair faults at component level rather than automatically replacing the complete logic board.
